RuneScape is a classic fantasy MMORPG or ‘massively multiplayer online role-playing game’ originally releasing as a browser game build with the Java programming language in 2001 and replaced by a standalone client in 2016. The game’s world is set in the fantasy medieval world of Gielinor; a realm divided into kingdoms. Players set their own objectives and goals with a lot of freedom such as learning magic, studying professions, fighting monsters and more.
