Pearl Abyss has announced that Black Desert Mobile has opened a pre-registration event for the game’s upcoming Dark Knight class. The Dark Knight is a sword-wielding melee class and is the seventh class to be added to the game.
Bandai Namco has announced that the closed beta testing of the upcoming Japanese anime MMORPG Blue Protocol has been delayed. Testing was supposed to begin in March 2020. The developer wishes to “prevent the spread of the new coronavirus and to ensure the safety of operation and development staff.”
Previously titled TERA Frontier, TERA Hero (테라 히어로) is the new mobile spin-off of the classic Korean PC MMORPG The Exiled Realms of Arborea (TERA) to be releasing. Developed with Unreal Engine 4, the mobile-only action MMORPG will improve on the PC version’s combat system. TERA HERO will start with 12 playable character classes and add 6 more at a later date for a total of 18 playable classes. Players can create 3-person parties to take on the dungeons and challenges of the game. Check out the video below!
TERA Hero is developed by Krafton subsidiary Red Sahara Studio. The game is set to launch in Korea on March 5th, 2020. It will be available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Dragon Raja, the open world MMORPG played on mobile devices is coming out this month. Originally launched in China last year, the game is set to release in America and Europe on February 27th, 2020. Pre-registration is available now on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
Dragon Raja boasts a fierce real-time combat system with diverse PvP systems. Players can take part in “duels, battlegrounds that hold hundreds of players, and guild matches”. Created with Unreal Engine 4, Dragon Raja’s open world simulates physical collision systems and optical motion capture technology. The graphics, combat, and character customization is similar to Tencent’s Revelation Online.
Gameforge has taken over the publishing duties for classic Korean MMORPG TERA in Southeast Asia. On January 9th, the local SEA server launched and became accessible for players in Malaysia, Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, Brunei, and Vietnam.
Korean game developer and publisher Neowiz has announced Bless Eternal, the mobile adaptation of the previously-shut-down PC MMORPG Bless Online. Bless Eternal was previously shown to have a Chinese version being made by Longtu Games and now Neowiz plans to release it to the Korean market too.
Korean game developers All-M sent word that a new class has been added to the Korean version of the action-combat brawler MMORPG Kritika. The new class is the Female Warrior who wields an elegant longsword. Check her out in the preview video below.
Pearl Abyss has announced the launch date for the new female melee character to join Black Desert. On January 22 of new year, players can begin their journeys as the new Guardian class in Black Desert Online. Pre-registration begins on December 24th.
