Sandbox Mobile MMO EVE: Infinite Galaxy Shows Gameplay Features In New Trailer
In 2018, Icelandic studio Crowd Control Productions (CCP) and Chinese game company NetEase teased fans of the EVE Online franchise with a new mobile MMO in development called ‘EVE: Infinite Galaxy‘ (previously Project Galaxy). The two companies have released a new teaser trailer.
From what we can see in the trailer, players will be able to participate in large-scale combat between hundreds of ships, gather and trade resources, craft their own ships, and more.
EVE: Infinite Galaxy is developed using an in-house engine built by NetEase called ‘NeoX Engine’. It also utilizes Apple’s ARKit 2, so we may see AR elements in the game. The upcoming sandbox game is still expected to launch in China this year on Apple iOS.
