Nexon has released ‘Awakening’ the latest content update to arrive to the fun new chibi MMORPG MapleStory 2. The update features a new set of Job Skills for all players to master, the new Striker class, new Dungeons and Chaos Raids, and an increase in the Level Cap to 70.
To give players a taste of the isometric action-packed MMORPG Lost Ark that’s soon to launch in Russia, Mail.ru has released a demo version of the game. The demo allows players to try out the character creation, main story missions, PvP arenas, castle siege, the training areas and other starter content. Only 4 of the 12 game classes are playable.
London-based indie game developer Bossa Studios has announced that the sandbox MMO Worlds Adrift will be closing down in July 2019. The game went into early access around a year ago and just never took off to fully launch. The MMO with a community-crafted world, open PvP, skyship combat and realistic physics apparently had “not captured the imagination of as many people as (the developers) needed to make it commercially viable“. Bossa cites that the ambitious nature of the project meant that “all of (their) work went into making the game work rather than making it the experience (they) wanted it to be“.
EVE Online‘s latest content expansion titled ‘EVE Online: Invasion’ has officially launched. The update brings a new storyline that starts the Triglavian story. The Triglavians have emerged from the Abyss and immediately post a threat to all in their way. The update brings new ships for players to compete with and new rewards to gain.

Free Reign Entertainment, the studio that picked up and launched the remains of Wild West Online after the game was dropped by 512 Games, has made the decision to rebrand. It is likely for the best since Wild West Online received mostly negative reviews. So much so that the game is now unlisted from the Steam store only one year after its release. The late Wild West Online is now essentially being split into two game titles; a battle royale called Magnificent 5 and a new survival/building game called New Frontier.
