Character Transfer Is Now Available For World of Warcraft Classic Players

Blizzard has announced that players of World of Warcraft Classic who want to transfer their characters can now do so. Characters can be moved to a different realm within their region for a fee.

Gold transfer limits specific level ranges are as follows:

• Level 1-30 can transfer with up to 100 gold
• Level 31-50 can transfer with up to 500 gold
• Level 51-60 can transfer with up to 2000 gold

There are some limitations to transferring characters. Characters are unable to be moved from PvE realms to PvE realms and RP realms cannot transfer to RP-PvP realms. A transfer also has a 90-day cooldown before it can be done again.

“The Character Transfer service allows you to move characters to other realms, different World of Warcraft accounts, or from one Blizzard account to another. You can purchase a Character Transfer  in the World of Warcraft in-game shop. Each type of transfer has a shared three-day cooldown. WoW Classic character transfers have a three-month cooldown.

Note: WoW Classic Characters cannot be transferred between accounts.”
