World of Warcraft Classic Is Adding More Servers & Increasing Character Limit

World-of-Warcraft-Classic-Expands-Servers-And-Change-Character-Creation-Limit-From-3-to-10

Blizzard has announced that new realms are opening up for World of Warcraft Classic when the game officially launches on Monday August 26th. Nine more realms, five for North America and four for Europe, will be added to combat the threat of terribly long queues.

In addition, Blizzard will be removing the limitation of only creation three total characters per account for WoW Classic. Players will be allowed to create up to “10 characters per Classic realm, for a total of 50 characters across all Classic realms per WoW account.”

“At this time, all realms that have a Full or High population tag are expected to experience extended queues. We urge players on realms marked Full or High to plan to play on one of these new realms to avoid the longest queues, and to help spread the player population as evenly as possible and provide the best play experience for everyone.”
