The Saga of Lucimia is a group-based sandbox MMORPG or ‘massively multiplayer online role-playing game’ that emphasizes the foundations of classic MMOs and table-top games; working together with fellow players to achieve new feats. There are no questing hubs, mini-maps or solo-able content. There is very little hand-holding that forces players to explore the world instead of being led to the next quest with giant yellow question marks. The game offers a sandbox world, a classless skill-based system, dungeons and team-based tasks and obstacles.

Project TL or Project “The Lineage” is an upcoming MMORPG or ‘massively multiplayer online role-playing game’ and is NCSoft’s newest venture with the Lineage franchise. Project TL is the remake of NCSoft’s unreleased game Lineage Eternal. The game remains as the sequel to the original Lineage game and offers a single character system that Lineage Eternal lacked. Not much information is known about Project TL’s gameplay at this time.

Star Citizen is an indie-developed crowdfunded sci-fi MMO set in space that allows players to take various roles of merchants, bounty hunters, surveyors, smugglers and more. The game will offer action combat, high-level graphics, first person point of view and realistic space exploration. It is in development by Cloud Imperium Games corporation and Chris Roberts, the designer of Wing Commander and Privateer. Star Citizen is the highest funded video game ever to be raised through crowdfunding in the history of gaming. There is also a single player game set in the same universe as Star Citizen that is being developed.

The game has many similarities to Tree of Savior in terms of dungeon bosses, quests, cut-scenes, NPCs and world-design. In Spiritwish, players create their own teams of three characters to control.
